ESPNU Campus Connection
Description:
Campus Connection gives current college students the opportunity to be a representative of their school as an ESPN-U correspondent throughout the year. Students contribute video projects, photos, and social media projects to ESPNU for use on the network's TV broadcasts, YouTube channel, and social media outlets. In addition, once a year TCF students are able to participate as members of the production crew in the live coverage of UA sporting events carried by ESPN-U. One example I have provided here was ESPNU’s production of a UA Women's Basketball game.
Contribution:
Faculty Representative. I provide regular production support to the TCF Campus Correspondents and the Campus Connection producer at ESPNU, Acie Wyatt. For the Campus Connection broadcasts, I recruit student volunteers, assign crew positions, coordinate meeting space, and provide other logistical support. Below are additional examples for Campus Connection projects that I helped supervise.
